23 Famous Photographs Recreated Using Lego

Since the Lego company first began making plastic Automatic Binding Bricks in 1949, photographers have looked on in eager anticipation; carefully awaiting the day when their equipment would evolve enough to allow them to take stunning photos using the colorful building materials.  With the recent advancements in camera technology, that day has finally come, and photographer Mike Stimpson (aka Balakov) has taken up the reigns and begun recreating famous photographs in his spare time.  Here’s a collection of his work — links to original photos below each shot.
